John Pulver is currently employed with the Pennsylvania Association of Career and Technical Administrators (PACTA) as the Associate Director. Prior to coming to PACTA he has worked as a Special Educator, Cooperative Education Instructor, and Executive Director in Career and Technical Education. Currently, he serves on various committees within the Pennsylvania Department of Education, Bureau of Career and Technical Education and at the National level with the Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE). John holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and Graduate Studies in School Leadership from Penn State University.
